It all began with Don, a teenager fascinated by the intricacies of auto mechanics, spending countless hours in his father’s repair shop.
This passion, cultivated over 20 years as an auto mechanic and Service Director for Honda, eventually led Don to pivot towards a new challenge in 2003 – starting an appliance repair company in the Valley.
A Legacy Continued: The Father-Son Duo
Two years later, we had grown into one of Arizona’s largest independent appliance repair companies. In a bid to bring high-end city service experience to the charming town of Show Low, Don, alongside his son Dalton, embarked on a mission to start a father-son small business.
Dalton, having been a key assistant right out of high school, played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. Together, they’ve mastered not only the technical skills required for appliance repair, but also the art of communicating effectively with customers, ensuring an experience that’s second to none.
